Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made from Dunmore Group LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Returns Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons; this will be noted on the product page where applicable.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email contact@dunmoregroup.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and a return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item).
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dunmoregroup.shop with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the returns process described above. Services that have already commenced may be subject to a pro-rated charge for work performed.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing can take additional time. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@dunmoregroup.shop.
