This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy describes how orders for physical products from Dunmore Group LLC are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer; we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Times
- Domestic (United States): estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: estimated 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, destination and circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and are shown before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
